Marriott Hotels LCD TVs and Digital Plug-In Panel

Marriott Hotels is making life easier for business travelers, AND being the most environmentally friendly major chain hotel in the United States at the same time. Very cool. What do they have in store for business travelers? A 32 inch LCD HD TV with the industry’s first digital plug-in panel. Sounds high tech, huh? It is. The panel will allow guests to:

Connect their laptop to the monitor so they can manage on of their PC content on the LCD screen (including work, the internet, DVDs, music, photos and games). You mean I can play Bejeweled Deluxe in HD? Wow.
Connect your MP3 player. Not sure about that. I could do without hearing my neighbor jamming Barry White.
Connect your gaming system.
Connect your digital camera or camcorder.
Split the screen to watch TV and work on their laptop simultaneously. Pretty confident I lack the attention span for that one.

The only thing you can’t plug in to this bad boy is your coffee pot or your hair dryer.
