Starwood Hotels & Resorts recently re-designed SPG.com, the website for members of the hotel’s loyalty program. The site has a new look, new tools, features and downloads “unprecedented in the hospitality industry that provide members with personalized access and a rich, customized on-line experience.”
The new site features a person portal that allows members to access their SPC account, customize the information displayed and search for properties based on their particular interests and favorite destinations. Members can customize which tools appear in their portal, including Special Offers, My Favorites, Award Quickfind, Starpoint Tracker and TheLobby.com.
In addition, members can download SPG Check-In, a desktop application that will send daily specials updates and stories of the day from TheLobby. The site can be viewed from any heldheld mobile device as well.
