First Class on Malaysia Airlines

When you look at what Business Class is like on Malaysia Airlines you might be tempted to think it can’t get much better. And it’s true, the airline has gone to great lengths to ensure its business class passengers are well taken care of. But one look at First Class on Malaysia Airlines may make you reconsider that business class ticket.

One of the biggest upgrades in First Class on Malaysia Airlines is that the seats recline to a fully flat – and not just a lie-flat – position for maximum sleeping comfort. But there are other differences that make flying first class an even more luxurious experience. There are some differences to the First Class cabin on Malaysia Airlines, depending on what aircraft you’re on, but they’re minimal enough that I’m just going to list the basics of a First Class cabin configuration below.

  • Seats recline to a fully-flat position (horizontal with the floor)
  • Seats are more than 21-inches wide
  • Seats are semi-enclosed in a plastic shell for additional privacy
