Marriott International’s BarArts


MojitoMarriott International has begun a new global mixology initiative called BarArts™ Liquids, Classic to Cool. BarArts was developed in collaboration with world-renowned mixologist Dale DeGroff and an international panel of bartenders. The program incorporates the use of fresh squeezed juices in all of its core cocktail recipes, rather than conventional mixes.

Nearly 230 updated recipes are included in the program along with a unique cocktail station prototype that provides bartenders with workspace functionality to create such award-winning cocktails as the South Beach Marriott’s, pama mojito. “The South Beach experience isn’t complete until you stop by and sample for yourself this delectable cocktail,” says Jose Arjona.
