Joie de Vivre Hospitality Introduces New Hotel Loyalty Program – Joy of Life Club
Joie de Vivre Hospitality has introduced their new hotel loyalty program with the Joy of Life Club. Joie de Vivre lets you Carpe Diem. The Joy of Life Club allows guests to participate in unique experiences, rather than earning free hotel nights or airline miles. At the two lower membership levels, members earn 1 point per dollar spent at hotels and 2 points per dollar at day spas. You could get your Bay Area clients trips to the day spa and keep the points for yourself. What better way to get those surfing lessons faster? Top level members enjoy 2 points per dollar at hotels and 4 points per dollar at spas.
Membership Levels:
- Joy Seeker (0 – 2499 points): Your chosen welcome indulgence upon arrival, pre-arrival call or e-mail from hotel concierge, room upgrade upon availability and complimentary internet access, faxes, and domestic phone calls.
- Joy Enthusiast (2500 – 9999 points): Your chosen welcome indulgence upon arrival, pre-arrival call or e-mail from hotel concierge, room upgrade upon availability, complimentary internet access, faxes, and domestic phone calls, early check-in (10am) and late check-out (2pm), guaranteed room availability with 72 hours notice at a participating Joie de Vivre Hospitality Hotel and invitation to Joie de Vivre’s exclusive JoyFest celebrations.
- Joy Aficionado (10,000 – up): Your chosen welcome indulgence upon arrival, pre-arrival call or e-mail from hotel concierge, room upgrade upon availability, complimentary internet access, faxes, and domestic phone calls, early check-in (10am) and late check-out (2pm), guaranteed room availability with 72 hours notice at a participating Joie de Vivre Hospitality Hotel, invitation to Joie de Vivre’s exclusive JoyFest celebrations and earn points faster! Receive DOUBLE POINTS at participating hotels and spas.
Rewards: Spend an afternoon at the farmer’s market with a renowned chef, culminating in a three-course market lunch prepared with the fresh, seasonal produce discovered at the market. Or, perhaps it’s a V.I.P. weekend in Napa Valley for wine lovers, complete with lodging and a private wine tasting and tour led by a sommelier. Others may choose thrill-seeking options such as kayaking or hot air ballooning.
While earning points, members also receive exclusive amenities and services that truly distinguish the program. With each hotel visit, guests are greeted with personally-selected welcome indulgences from a particular cocktail or wine to a preferred newspaper. These individual touches add a level of home-spun comfort and attention to detail when the pressures of travel are likely at their pique.
There is an emerging trend in loyalty programs these days, particularly for the business class and first class travelers. When travelers have more than the necessary resources to buy airfare and hotel nights, they get to the point where they need additional incentive. That is where programs such as Joie de Vivre Hospitality, Eos Airlines and United Airlines auctions come in to play. These programs offer travelers experiences they crave and may not otherwise have the opportunity to fulfill.
