Nadsa de Monteiro, chef of The Elephant Walk, is due to appear at Dine Boston in the Airmall of Boston’s Logan International Airport on May 7, 2007 at 12:00 pm. de Monteiro will be the latest chef to showcase new menu items as part of the Dine Boston Visiting Chef Program, which features specialties of New England chefs for a three-month period. de Monteiro’s selections will have a Cambodian and French flair, which sounds REALLY interesting. The new menu will include, among other things, Rouleaux, Filet de Saumon a la Crème aux Champignons et Poireaux, Poulet a la Citronnelle, Curry de Crevettes and for dessert, Le Peche au Chocolate.
I would definitely stop in if you’re flying into or out of Boston on Monday the 7th.
