Choice Hotels “Win a Part in Our Next Commercial” Contest

It seems like everyone is holding some sort of contest these days, and Choice Hotels is no exception. Choice Hotels International just its newest contest “Win a Part in Our Next Commercial.” One lucky winner will receive a walk-on part in a Choice Hotels commercial. So if you’ve always wanted to be on TV (besides just walking behind the on-location news reporter during filming), this might be your shot. The contest is part of the new fall promotion for the company’s customer loyalty rewards program, Choice Privileges. Choice Privileges allows members to earn one free night for each two separate stays at any participating hotels.

For the contest, online users are urged to create a video showing how the new fall promotion brings you together with a loved one, an old friend, an important business client, or someone else. Pretty straight forward.

Video submissions can be uploaded to choicehotels.com/winapart between September 6 and October 22, 2007. Ten top entries will then be chosen and from those, visitors can vote for the winner beginning October 25. Voting ends November 30 and the winner of the contest will be officially announced in early December.

The lucky winner will not only win a walk-on part in the commercial, but also round trip airfare to the location, three days and two nights accommodations, meals, spending money, and ground transportation between the hotel and airport. So you better hope it’s filmed somewhere fun.
