American Airlines Fly Now Pay Later

American Airlines Credit CardAmerican recently announced their new “Fly Now, Pay Later” deferred payment option. This new payment option allows customers who use their American Airlines Credit Card to defer payment for airline tickets for six months, with no payments and no interest for tickets purchased at AA.com. This card will also let you earn miles for purchases, which can be great. I use a miles card for ALL purchases and pay off the balance each month. If you’re using your card for work expenses, you can EASILY earn enough miles for one ticket each year, just based on your spending.

To apply for the card and receive the offer, go to aa.com/paylater. Once you’re approved for the card, you will receive an account number you can use at any time to purchase tickets on the website and receive the six-month, no-payment, no-interest option.

Restrictions do apply (of-course) and I wouldn’t recommend ANY miles card to make purchases for which you plan to keep a balance. The APR’s are usually deadly.
