Hours of Operation: 9:00am-12:00pm, 1:00pm-2:30pm Monday to Friday (except observed Chinese and American holidays)

The first floor is available for citizens from countries other than the United States. Windows 1 to 5 are for visa authentication, window 9 is the place to submit your pick up form and windows 8 & 10 are the cashier and pick up window. The second floor is reserved for Chinese citizens.

You have to either apply for your business or personal visa in person or through a processing agency. The consulate does not accept applications by mail.
