ParkingSearch.com is a website dedicated to parking real estate throughout the United States. Spots for sale or rent are posted on the site and potential buyers can browse by geographic area. So if you know you’ll be traveling to any particular city frequently, it may be worth your while to rent or buy a spot. Hotel parking in any downtown area is pricey, so why not cut out the middle man and get your own? (I feel the same way about toll passes)

The site offers interactive maps, responsive search listings and an improved email notification system to users.

With nationwide coverage, I think this service beats the heck out of searching for local resources in your destination city.
