Sales Tax Free Weekend in Texas

Texas is offering shoppers one glorious weekend of sales tax free bliss next month, from August 17 to 19. If your business travels take you to the Lone Star State, it may be the time to stock up on purchases.

There are some major malls in the Dallas and Houston areas, so go nuts.

With the sales tax rate at approximately 8%, that can save you $8 for every $100.

Find me a Banana Republic outlet someplace and I’ll be a happy girl…
