The World Time Server

Thai ClockTime and the time change is of-course a crucial topic this week. In reminding her readers to change their clocks in recognition of Daylight Savings Time, Katie at the TEFL Logue mentioned a website that is a great resource for business travel.

The World Time Server does many things. It will let you know if the country you are in participates in Daylight Savings Time, which lets you be on time for your business meeting. That is worthy of a website in and of itself. But the World Time Server also lets you view current times around the world. That can be handy when you can’t remember what the time difference is between New York and Bangkok and you need to make a call. The best part is the Meeting Planner, which allows you to compare the time in various places at once. Excellent for teleconferences or video conferences or webcast.
