The sixteen-page travel guide entitled, “What You Should Know Before Traveling Abroad: Cultural, Health and Safety Advice for Women,” is free for the downloading at http://www.medexassist.com/traveltips/women.
The guide gives advice on researching the cultural norms for women in your destination, researching appropriate clothing (no, you new miniskirt may not be a great idea in some parts of the world), safety issues and medical concerns.
Probably a good idea if you’ve never traveled abroad. Once you know the basics, you can apply them to any place you visit in the world.
