Baggallini Zip-Out Backpack Bagg

BackpackOkay, so you’re packing for your business trip. You have your roller board (filled with only a tiny baggy of 3.4 oz. liquids), your laptop case and your purse if you’re a girl or your “european carry-all” (a la Jerry Seinfeld) if you’re a boy…and that’s it. That’s all you have room for, unless you want to check your bags and possibly never see them again. Unless you get a Zip-Out backpack from Baggallini. I got my first Baggallini for Christmas last year, which is a whopper of a bag that zips up in to a handy pouch. So I recently got to wondering whether or not Baggallini had a solution for my business travel day-trip needs. You know what I mean? You’re off work and you have a few hours to go to the beach or you’re renting a bike to take a spin on the Denver Trails or you’re going to shoot some photos in your destination city. Well, it turns out they do. I ordered and received the Zip-Out Backpack from ebags.com and it’s probably my greatest purchase this year. With the possible exception of the Monte Velho I’m drinking right now.

Backpack 2Really, I LOVE this bag. It is a full size backpack that folds in to itself and zips up in a tiny 7″ x 7″ pouch. The zipper part converts in to the front pouch (where you would keep your keys and cell phone, etc.) and the larger compartment has a drawstring. It will easily fit in to your suitcase and gives you a place to store whatever you need while you’re on a trip without sacrificing too much space in your roller board. At $20.00, it’s a bargain.

So to recap, this is a full-size backpack with 34″ of linear space that zips up in to a 7″ x 7″ pouch to give you the convenience of a backpack AND fits easily in your luggage. At 10 oz., it isn’t even going to weigh you down.

It’s a backpack for the business traveler who can’t get rid of his or her backpacker ways.
