Clear Registered Traveler Program Discounts for Government Employees

Registered TravelerClear, the registered traveler service provider with expedited lanes at U.S. airports, will give all government employees a discount on Clear memberships. So, if you work for Uncle Sam, you’re in luck. This discount will be available to all first responders, emergency workers, legislators and their staffs, and law enforcement officers, among others, at the local, state and federal levels.

To ensure the government’s frequent flyers have easy access to enrollment centers, Clear has joined with the Congressional Federal Credit Union and the Pentagon Federal Credit Union to host enrollment centers at the Longworth House Office Building and on the concourse level of the Pentagon. Those locations will be open by September at the latest. Yes, there is a reason to join the program in the D.C. area. Both the Reagan and Dulles Airports are preparing to launch Registered Traveler lanes.

Government employees will receive 13 months of membership in Clear for the price of one year’s subscription by enrolling at
flyclear.com/government. Applicants wishing to receive the discount must
start their enrollment from this site. Clear has been providing free Clear cards to active duty military who choose to enroll in
the program, an offer that will continue.

Where can you use your benefits? Orlando, JFK, San Jose, Cincinnati, Indianapolis and Newark Liberty International Airport’s Terminal B currently have Clear lanes in place. This month, Clear will launch lanes at Albany International, Little Rock National, and Westchester (NY) County Airport. LaGuardia will be added to the list in September. In addition, Clear will be coming to San Francisco soon, as well as Reagan and Dulles in D.C. and Denver and Atlanta.
