Hilton Hotels New York Timeshare

Hilton Hotels is hammering out the final details of what could be a great deal for frequent business travelers in New York City. The company is now offering a timeshare that goes by West 57th Street, offered by Hilton Grand Vacations. The property is located in Midtown Manhattan between the Avenue of the Americas and Seventh Avenue. West 57th Street by Hilton Club is the first ground-up shared ownership property ever developed in New York City. Just think – if you travel to the city often enough that a hotel is a pain, but not enough to actually invest in an apartment, this could be a great option.

West 57th Street is slated to open its doors in the second quarter of 2009.

“Our vision to create a distinctive shared ownership project from the ground up in New York City is another step closer to becoming a magnificent reality,” noted Mark Wang. “Built in the heart of one of Manhattan’s most prestigious neighborhoods – and upon the legacy of the Hilton commitment to excellence – West 57th Street by Hilton Club transcends traditional timeshare and continues to experience high demand. After years of planning, and working alongside world-class developers including Tishman Construction, we will soon be able to accommodate our owners and guests in unprecedented style.”

Design Highlights

The brains behind the tower’s design are Architects HLW International. West 57th Street will feature New York City’s first Spa Chakra, which adds a convenient option for pampering during your visits to the city. The spa will offer relaxing treatments including massages, facials, body treatments and signature Chakra Health therapies. Just what you need after a hard day’s work.

Accommodations will include 161 luxurious studio, one-bedroom and penthouse suites, with floor-to-ceiling windows, upscale furnishings, quality linens, flat-screen TVs, rocking entertainment systems, and marble and granite details. It’s not to late to get in on the action. According to the press release, select “deeded real estate interests” are still available for purchase at an average price of $58,000 per week (up to more than $100,000 per week for a penthouse). The purchase includes membership in the Hilton Grand Vacations Club, which can help you out when it comes to vacation time.

Located within walking distance of Central Park, Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, Museum of Modern Art, Radio City Music Hall and world-famous shopping along Fifth Avenue, the property’s zip code is pretty hard to beat.
