So you’re going to Paris for work and you’re not sure what to expect? Here are some tips.
From most international destinations, you’ll be flying in to the Charles de Gaulle International Airport, which is an hour to an hour and a half away from the city. The airport is well connected to the city by public transportation, so no worries.

Your GSM mobile phone with enabled international roaming (such as Cingular) will work in France. You may want to have your phone “unlocked” and use a prepaid SIM card for local calls. You can always rent a GSM phone if yours in not compatible.
