* Review: The Buckhead Grill website says they’ve been serving Columbus for 6 years. That’s not the gospel truth. This was my FAVORITE restaurant in Columbus when I lived there approximately 8 years ago. It burned down and I guess reopened 6 years ago with the same menu. I made it back to Buckhead on a fairly recent trip to Columbus and it was very much the same. This is the most comfortable dining atmosphere to be found in the city, with low lighting and decent volume. The patio is a great place to sit regardless of season with a roaring fireplace and glassed in windows in the winter. Whether I were taking clients out or dining alone, this would be my first choice in Columbus. The Cajun Steak and Shrimp is by far the best thing on the menu. I was not at all a fan of the Chicken Maderia (but that may be because it was RED wine on CHICKEN, which just seems wrong) and the Catch of the Day is pretty decent (and MUCH better for you than the tasty steak and shrimp).

Parking is TERRIBLE, so be prepared.
