When using your card you can earn up to 5 Starpoints for every eligible dollar spent at SPG hotels & resorts. Also, you get 2 Starpoints per dollar spent on the Card in addition to the 2 Starpoints you can get as an SPG member. Plus, 1 more Starpoint with SPG Gold or Platinum status. The points do not expire as long as the card is active for a year.

Bonus points are also awarded: 10,000 points after the first purchase and 15,000 points after spending $15,000 in 6 months.

Points can be redeemed for hotel stays or airline tickets. Points can be transferred to a variety of frequent flyer programs (350 major airlines), which makes this card very attractive.

The APR is 2.90% for 6 months and then variable (currently 15.24%). There’s no annual fee during the first year. Starting the second year, the annual fee is then $65.
