Travel Writing Contest
We business travelers generally think we’re as seasoned as any traveler around, and compared to “Joe the Plumber” we most decidedly are. Now it’s time to prove it. You read about my travels day in and day out, and now I want to read about yours. We at the Business Travel Logue are hosting our second annual writing contest, and this one is all about the ride. The Grand Prize is a package including the companion book to the Long Way Down series and CD soundtrack. The two runners up will receive the CD soundtrack. Prizes are courtesy of the nice folks at EMI America Records. And the best part is that your story will be featured here on the Business Travel Logue.
How to Enter
Send me your greatest story about transportation. Whether it was a nightmare trip taking a donkey train down a dirt road or a fabulous surprise upgrade with all the perks or taking the slow boat to Nusa Lembongan. It does not have to be about business travel in particular, just about the ride. Because as we all know, getting there is part of the adventure. Keep your story at 300 words or less and email it to me at carrie@businesstravellogue.com. All entries must be received by January 31, 2009. Prize packages will be mailed thereafter.
